An impactful educational and promotional meeting was jointly organized for military personnel by the Etrek District Branch of the Balkan Province Division of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and Military Unit 2118 of the State Border Service of Turkmenistan. The event was held in honor of the 35th anniversary of our glorious Independence, which will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in 2026—the year of "Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan: The Land of Aspirations on the Wings of the Stallion."

Speakers at the event noted with great pride that during the years of glorious Independence, thanks to the unprecedented efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag, as well as Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who successfully continues the path of the ancestors, the material and technical base of the country's military institutions is being strengthened. Furthermore, the living and housing conditions of the defenders of the Fatherland and their family members are being significantly improved. It was emphasized that all necessary conditions are provided for the proper service of the military guardians, their knowledge and professional levels are systematically enhanced, and magnificent residential buildings as well as new state-of-the-art facilities for military agencies matching world standards are being built and put into operation.

During the event, it was also elaborately highlighted that today, under the far-sighted and wise leadership of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, our Independent and Permanently Neutral state has transformed into a global center of peace, solidarity, friendship and brotherhood, humanism, health, high spirit, and happiness. The speakers also detailed the grand milestones reached and the major successes achieved.

At the conclusion of the event, the speakers extended their heartfelt wishes to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag, and Arkadagly Hero Serdar—who created a wonderfully happy era for the Turkmen people and raised the prestige of the Turkmen state to supreme heights—wishing them robust health, long lives, and constant prosperity in all their massive undertakings carried out for the benefit of the nation and global humanity.
