"Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged horses", which will solemnly celebrate the 35th anniversary of our sacred Independence. It is worth emphasizing that such historical reforms will serve as the basis for future multifaceted successes and great achievements of our beloved Motherland. Such great initiatives, which are implemented in our independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan, which is rapidly advancing towards a bright future along the bright path chosen by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, our Hero Arkadag, and which are based on scientific principles and aimed at protecting the vital interests of our brave people, bring great joy and delight to each of us. In this wonderful time, rich in historical events, together with the volunteers of the National Society of the Red Crescent of Turkmenistan, the Balkan regional branch branch of Turkmenbashi, we constantly hold educational events about the fruits and achievements that our independence brought us, and about the solemn days of the Halk Maslahaty. Because we have the following motto for our Hero Arkadag: "State is for the people!" The state is only with the people!", we see our happy life as the basis of each of these far-sighted principles, we express our heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our Hero Serdar from Arkadag, who take care of our prosperous present and bright future at the state level. Let the great historical achievements of our country, successfully using the huge opportunities of our independence and the legal status of permanent neutrality, lead our sovereign Motherland to new levels of development and ensure the prosperity of the Turkmen people, always crowned with success!
