On December 1, 2025, volunteers of the Alada Youth Center of the Turkmenistan National Red Crescent Society in the city of Balkanabat held an informational campaign dedicated to World AIDS Day.

During the event, the volunteers reached 488 passersby, including 380 women and 108 men. Participants were informed about:
— the main measures for HIV prevention;
— the importance of early diagnosis;
— the verified modes of HIV transmission.

The volunteers also made and distributed red ribbons, symbolizing support and solidarity in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The campaign helped increase public awareness and strengthen the culture of responsible health behavior.
