On November 12, 2025, explanatory and educational activities were held for specialists and volunteers of the "Zehin" Youth Center at the Dashoguz Velayat Branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan (RCNST) within the framework of the "Family Support Service" project. During the event, national consultants spoke about the significance of volunteer work, community support, and psychological assistance in alleviating the situation of people facing violence. Participants were provided with information on what measures should be taken to combat violence against women and children, where to turn for help, and from whom they can receive assistance. The work of "hotlines" was also highlighted in detail. Specialists noted that such events contribute to the development of values such as kindness, humanism, and equality in society, and play an important role in providing assistance to those affected by violence. Such initiatives stimulate the active participation of youth in public life, strengthen mutual support, and contribute to the establishment of gender equality in society.
