On December 19, 2025 , an important socio- political event was held in the conference hall of National Red Crescent of Turkmenistan .This ceremonial meeting was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, as well as the presentation of a new book by the President of Turkmenistan , Serdar Berdimuhamedov, entitled “Neutrality of Turkmenistan – a Bright Way to Peace and Trust”
This significant socio-political event demonstrated the high international prestige of our country and the consistent implementation of its foreign policy aimed at strengthening global security and trust.
The holding of this ceremonial event at the National Red Crescent of Turkmenistan reflects the unity of state policy with humanitarian and public activities.
During the event, speakers noted that the new book of the Esteemed President consists of 9 chapters, which comprehensively describe the importance of our Permanent Neutrality , recognized three times by the UN General Assembly, as well as historical initiatives aimed at ensuring peace and trust in the world, and summarize the milestones.
