"Healthy Eating is the Key to Health"

Thanks to the ancient traditions of our ancestors, who paid special attention to health and a healthy lifestyle, they ensured that future generations followed hygiene rules, ate properly, and stayed physically active. In the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of our Hero Arkadag and esteemed President, we witness how these basics of healthcare are improved and modernized every year.

Representatives and volunteers of the Balkan branch of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, together with the Turkmenbashy district office, held an event at kindergarten No.6 in the Turkmenbashy district under the title "Healthy Eating is the Key to Health."

The event included a discussion with children on the principles of healthy eating, using visual aids, poetry readings, fairy tales, and a Q&A session. Children were given useful advice on washing fruits and vegetables before eating, eating at regular intervals, and maintaining personal hygiene rules.
