In August 2025, the third international conference of the United Nations on Least Developed Countries (LLDC3) was held in the Awaza tourism zone of Turkmenistan. Various thematic sessions were organized within the conference, among which the Youth Forum held a special significance.

The Youth Forum brought together young leaders, innovative professionals, researchers, and active civil society members from various countries. The main objective of the forum was to discuss the role of youth in the global economy, new innovative solutions, support for youth entrepreneurship, and sustainable development issues.

During the event, participants presented the youth policies in their countries, opportunities for international cooperation, and addressed pressing contemporary challenges. The importance of education, information technologies, environmental sustainability, and creative sectors in youth development was also highlighted.

The "Building Bridges for LLDC Futures" Youth Declaration was adopted as a result of the forum. The declaration aims to ensure the integration youth interests and proposals and inclusion of youth voices in international decision-making processes. It contains concrete proposals on innovation, digital development, environmental sustainability, education opportunities, and enhancing youth leadership capacities.The Youth Declaration serves as a call to the international community, strengthening cooperation and emphasizing the active role of youth in future development.

The forum's outcomes included recommendations for strengthening youth cooperation, implementing joint projects, and increasing youth participation at the international level. The event provided not only a platform for knowledge exchange but also an important opportunity to enhance intercultural understanding and friendships.

The Youth Forum in Awaza marked a significant step in strengthening Turkmenistan's international cooperation and advancing the objectives of the younger generation.
